The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long does it take to ship outside of the United States

Typically it takes 2-3 weeks for a buyer out of the US to receive their orders.

Do we offer "processing" and "shipping" warranty

No, usually we process the orders within 24-48hrs unless customization request are made. If an order requires changes a general rule of thumb would be to add an additional week to the estimated receipt time.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to guarantee carrier delivery times as we have no control over carrier operations. You can request expedited shipping when checking out.

Sizing details

My clothing item is too large or too small, what can I do? We will gladly work with you to correct your concern. If Seller Works With Buyer To Confirm Size The Seller Will Pay Return Cost. If Buyer Does Not Inquire About Size And There Is A Issue, Buyer will be required to pay for all shipping charges. Please note we do everything possible up front to ensure clothing items are the proper size prior to crafting.

Custom and personalized orders

We will gladly accommodate any custom or personalized order request. If the request are comparable to the original design there will be no charge. Any cost incurred due to design changes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if I am unhappy with my purchase

We will gladly work with you to ensure satisfaction. We have many options for resolving issues and will do whatever we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do

If your package arrives damaged with large holes, opened, etc., please do not accept it from the carrier. If you accept the damaged package you would be required to facilitate the damage claim based upon the carriers operating procedures.

Custom and personalized orders

It is recommended that all of our garments are hand washed or dry-cleaned.

A warranty claim includes all defects that occur within the statutory warranty period. The warranty does not cover worn parts or damage caused by the buyer.
